Talent Biography

Simon Rushton is a creative storyteller, broadcaster, and former PADI Master Scuba Instructor with a deep passion for the ocean. With decades in international radio and creative training, he brings the same flair for communication underwater as he does on air. Simon has taught diving along the coral reefs of East Africa, specializing in shark awareness, reef ecology, and turtle awareness.

Founder of Mola Mola Creative and Chatterbox Radio Workshops, he’s dedicated to inspiring curiosity, creativity, and conservation through sound and sea. Whether behind a mic or beneath the waves, Simon makes stories—and people—breathe. Simon has delivered talks and training in France, Malta, Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, the UK, and Sierra Leone.
