Talent Biography

Bethzienna is a Welsh artist whose jazz origins are steeped in country soul and blues rock. Her youth was spent singing in gospel choirs and performing with big bands. She began her career performing with Duffy and trained at one of the world’s leading academies under president Judi Dench. Bethzienna has since gone on to work with BBC, Sky, Netflix, and Amazon Prime Video.

In 2019, Bethzienna was mentored by Tom Jones through to the finals of The Voice UK and later supported him on his 2023 UK tour. In recent years, she has worked with the creative teams behind Dua Lipa, Tina Turner, Harry Styles, and Ed Sheeran, while also writing and recording the Armed Forces anthem at Abbey Road Studios, which was championed by Simon Cowell on Britain's Got Talent.
