Talent Biography

Nik Page started his career at the age of 12 playing the drums in the social clubs in the north of England. He discovered his singing voice three years later having had vocal tuition from one of the UK’s finest operatic tutors. A self taught pianist, Nik moved on to write incidental music for London Weekend Television and ITV on programs such as Liverpool 1, Thief Taskers, Pinch of Snuff and many more to his credit. He wrote the wedding song for Tracie Shawe of Corronation Street fame and was invited to perform in front of the cast at the wedding as featured in OK Magazine. Nik became a finalist on ITV’s Big Big Talent Show which featured two of his original songs. He has also performed all around the world with many varied Intertnational Stars as Billy Connolly, Jonathan Ross, Peter Kay, Freddy Starr, Dr Hook, Jane McDonald and Russell Watson. Nik has toured all four corners of England and has played Ireland’s top concert and theater halls. Nik worked at the Nomis recording studios in London and Jools Hollands Survival studio’s, and recorded alongside top recording artists such as Robbie Williams, Travis, and The Lightening Seeds. Nick ventured in to the West End and, having worked on Musicals such as the Jersey Boys, We Will Rock You, and Mama Mia, he landed his dream role playing the lead role of Jean Val Jean in London’s West End hit musical Les Miserables.
