Talent Biography

Tempei is an internationally acclaimed juggling artist from Japan, known for his highly refined technique and masterful control of multiple props including balls, clubs, diabolo, and the devil stick. He has performed in more than 20 countries worldwide and has earned numerous awards in major international competitions.

After winning the International Jugglers’ Association Prop Competition in the United States, he went on to compete at the prestigious Cirque de Demain in Paris, where he became the first Japanese finalist and award recipient. There, he received multiple prizes, including a Jury Special Award.

Tempei’s performances go far beyond technical demonstration — they are fully staged artistic experiences. Combining music, pacing, theatrical design, and a distinctly Japanese sense of precision and beauty infused with elements of magic, his work continues to captivate audiences of all ages across the world.
